Last year was a busy one for PCM and it quickly became apparent that more resources were needed to serve the growing client list. We are excited to announce that our team has expanded again with another experienced technical consultant.
We are excited to announce the launch of our new customer portal. This updated website features a brand-new look that is more modern and easier to use. The new portal allows clients to submit and look up service tickets, view invoices, view projects and project tickets as well as manage user permissions.
Last month we hosted an Open House to celebrate our 25th anniversary and our new office space. As part of this we also invited 3 of the core vendors we partner with to join us. HP, WatchGuard and Datto came with their latest products and had some great discussions with people on their technology solutions.
This year marks our 25th anniversary from a company perspective. What started out in 1993 as a 1-person consulting firm has developed into a mature managed services company with 10 full-time staff. In the technology world 25 years is a long time and so much has changed through the years!

Windows 10 has been out for a while now along with it’s new update cycle. So why now, am I deciding to write about how it handles updates? We’re finding there’s confusion amongst clients as to the what and why of the changes to Windows 10 especially on the differences between what’s an “update” and what’s a “feature update”, two very different things!
