Joel Harsevoort joined our team at the end of August and has been busy getting up to speed on our processes and tools. Joel comes with a fair bit of industry experience, both supporting small businesses and more recently working in the technical team at the Christian Labour Association of Canada. We look forward to having his expertise on our team and have already come to appreciate his calm and detailed personality. As dispatcher, Joel is responsible for organizing the schedules of all the technicians, something that seems to change by the minute! As office manager, Joel also looks after procuring all of the hardware and software needed for our clients along with many other related tasks in the office.
Did you know that PCM currently looks after over 1,100 computers and 90 servers? It’s something that we take seriously and by adding experienced resources to our team we hope to maintain the service level that our clients expect.
