Earlier this year Allen Zwicker joined our team and has been busy getting up to speed on our support tools and best practices. Allen has a diploma from Mohawk College and completed the Computer Systems Technology – Network Engineering and Security Analyst program.
Allen joined PCM as a Help Desk Technician and is becoming more and more familiar with each client as he works remotely supporting people and systems. We are happy to have him on our team and already see that the extra capacity has helped us to be more responsive to our client support needs.
