Mickael Moco joined our team in March as part of an internship for a program he completed at triOS College in Hamilton. Mickael recently earned the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network + and CompTIA IT Operations Specialist designations. Since then he has been busy getting up to speed on our support tools and best practices. While at triOS, Mickael also assist many students when he was hired as one of the school’s technology administrators. His patience and trouble-shooting skills are something we have come to appreciate as he augments our team of help desk technicians.
