We are excited to welcome a new staff member as we expand our team again! Gary Halbig joined PCM at the start of May as a System Technician and comes with 10 years of IT experience. For the last 5 years Gary has been working in the managed IT services space and we have come to really appreciate the experience he brings to our team.
After spending some time becoming familiar with our support tools and processes, Gary quickly jumped in and has been working with many of our clients already. Gary has taken over managing the Security Awareness Training program and will also be managing clients as a Primary System Technician.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with his wife and daughter. Be sure to give Gary a warm welcome should he be assigned to work on your support request!
