PCM Launches a new Customer Portal


We are excited to announce the launch of our new customer portal. This updated website features a brand-new look that is more modern and easier to use. The new portal allows clients to submit and look up service tickets, view invoices, view projects and project tickets as well as manage user permissions.

Navigating to https://pcm.myportallogin.com on any computer or mobile device displays our new login page with 2 different login options. The simplest for most of our clients is to click the “Sign in with Microsoft” button that allows people to login with the same account they use for work or other Microsoft resources. Assuming you are listed in our database as a client, you will automatically be given access to the portal with your service ticket details..

If you do not have a Microsoft account, you can also create your own unique login for this portal using the Sign Up button. Because this is a completely new system, your old PCM portal password will not work. However, it is easy to create a new account..

Once in the portal you will be able to submit new tickets or look up existing ones and update those as needed. If you are authorized, you will also be able to see tickets from other staff in your organization, as well as invoice and project details..

To get to this new portal you can also click on the icon on our company website or use the link at the bottom of each service ticket status email. Our hope is that this new platform will allow for better communication and provide an easy way for people to stay updated and work with our team..
