Last year was a busy one for PCM and it quickly became apparent that more resources were needed to serve the growing client list. We are excited to announce that our team has expanded again with another experienced technical consultant.
Dan Vespa joined our team at the beginning of December and has been busy getting up to speed on our support tools and best practices. Dan has been in the technology industry for almost 20 years and has worked in IT departments for local government and manufacturing firms. He recently upgraded his training and earned the CompTIA A+ designation and is working on some new Microsoft Windows 10 certifications.
Did you know that PCM currently looks after over 1,400 computers and 110 servers? It’s something that we take seriously and by adding experienced resources to our team we hope to maintain the service level that our clients expect.
