PCM COVID-19 Update

PCM COVID-19 Update

As we all continue to adjust to the rapidly changing news around COVID-19, the health and safety of our employees, clients, and those in our broader community remain our top priority. We are taking cues from public health officials about prudent steps to protect everyone, and effective March 24th, 2020 the majority of our employees will be working remotely until further notice. We are implementing our business continuity plan to ensure our people will remain safe while our clients continue to be well served.

What This Means For You

We’ve thoroughly tested our remote capabilities and anticipate our delivery of IT services will move forward without interruption, although there may be some delay in resolving tickets due to the current volume of client requests related to employees working remotely. Rest assured we are working through the ticket queue as quickly as possible and we very much appreciate your patience and understanding during this initial period of adjustment. All staff have access to our remote support systems and software, their electronic mail, phones, electronic files, and everything else needed for a seamless transition to working in our remote environment.
We have also decided to suspend all non-essential onsite service visits and meetings until further notice. Most of these will be changed to a remote connection or video/audio conference call as appropriate. Should an onsite visit be necessary, our team will reach out in advance to arrange and our technicians will wash their hands before and after each visit.
On behalf of the entire PCM team, please stay safe, be well, and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
