Rachel Daley joined our team at the end of January as an additional Help Desk Technician. Rachel comes to us with over 2 years of experience from her previous role at another managed service provider. Rachel also holds a CompTIA A+ designation and graduated from the Computer Systems Technician – Network and Cloud Technologies program at Niagara College.
Since starting at PCM she has been busy getting up to speed on our support tools and best practices. Rachel has been passionate about IT from a young age and always fascinated with how computers worked. We are excited to have another experienced person on the team.
