Joshua Otten joined our team in April as a Help Desk Technician. Joshua recently moved to the Niagara area after completing the Bachelor’s in Computer Science program at Queen’s University in Kingston.
Since starting at PCM he has been busy getting up to speed on our support tools and best practices. Johua enjoys helping people with technology and loves to dig into challenging problems. Please be sure to give Josh a warm welcome should he be assigned to work on your support request!
