Iain Emslie joined our team in April as a Help Desk Technician. Iain moved into the area after completing the Bachelor’s in Computer Science program at the University of Victoria in BC.
Since starting at PCM he has been busy getting up to speed on our support tools and best practices. Iain has some programming and customer service experience and has enjoyed working with computers for many years. Please be sure to give him a warm welcome should he be assigned to work on your support request!
