Matthew Pettorossi joined our team at the start of October as a Help Desk Technician. Matt comes to
us with over 3 years of experience from his previous role at another managed service provider. Matt
also holds several CompTIA designations, including IT Operations Specialist, and graduated from the
Network Engineering & Security Analyst program at Mohawk College.

Marcel Heiberg joined our team at the end of August as a System Technician. Marcel comes to us with over 3 years of experience from his previous role at another managed service provider. Marcel also holds the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and graduated from the Network Engineering & Security Analyst program at Mohawk College.

Patricia Cullum joined our team in August and has been busy getting up to speed on our processes and tools. Patti comes with a fair bit of industry experience, having been at her last IT support company for over 27 years! In her last role as Service Delivery Supervisor, she worked with a team of technicians in a large local steel company ensuring their technology was properly maintained.

Corey Vanderlaan joined our team at the end of April as a Help Desk Technician. Corey comes to us after completing the Computer Systems Technician program with honours at Mohawk College here in Hamilton. He is excited to start applying his technology knowledge and learning from the existing team.

Joshua Otten joined our team in April as a Help Desk Technician. Joshua recently moved to the Niagara area after completing the Bachelor’s in Computer Science program at Queen’s University in Kingston.

Since starting at PCM he has been busy getting up to speed on our support tools and best practices.

Iain Emslie joined our team in April as a Help Desk Technician. Iain moved into the area after completing the Bachelor’s in Computer Science program at the University of Victoria in BC.

We are happy to announce that we have added a new staff member to our growing team! Ed Zuidema joined PCM in March and will be working as a Primary Technician with clients. Ed has over 25 years of IT experience, including working for a university for a large part of his career.

We are happy to announce that Rob VanderLaan recently joined our company as Vice President. Rob is very familiar with PCM and worked in the family business for several years at the start of his career. Rob embodies the values that define our company culture, and we are excited about the service he will bring to PCM and our clients.
