Matthew Pettorossi joined our team at the start of October as a Help Desk Technician. Matt comes to
us with over 3 years of experience from his previous role at another managed service provider. Matt
also holds several CompTIA designations, including IT Operations Specialist, and graduated from the
Network Engineering & Security Analyst program at Mohawk College.
Since starting at PCM he has been busy getting up to speed on our support tools and best practices.
Matt enjoys helping people with technology and we are excited to have another experienced person on
