Marcel Heiberg joined our team at the end of August as a System Technician. Marcel comes to us with over 3 years of experience from his previous role at another managed service provider. Marcel also holds the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and graduated from the Network Engineering & Security Analyst program at Mohawk College.
System Technicians at PCM are key staff who travel to client sites for various computer and network related installations and service visits. These technicians also remotely assist clients supporting a wide variety of tasks and solutions. We are excited to add another experienced team member and look forward to having him work with many of our great clients!
