Patricia Cullum joined our team in August and has been busy getting up to speed on our processes and tools. Patti comes with a fair bit of industry experience, having been at her last IT support company for over 27 years! In her last role as Service Delivery Supervisor, she worked with a team of technicians in a large local steel company ensuring their technology was properly maintained. We look forward to having her expertise on our team as we continue to grow. As dispatcher, Patti is responsible for organizing the schedules of all the technicians, something that seems to change by the minute!
