We are happy to announce that we have added a new staff member to our growing team! Ed Zuidema joined PCM in March and will be working as a Primary Technician with clients. Ed has over 25 years of IT experience, including working for a university for a large part of his career. More recently he has worked in corporations as an IT Manager and was responsible for managing Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure hybrid environments.
After getting familiar with our support tools and processes, Ed quickly started working with many of our clients. This month Ed will be working on the team as a System Technician with the goal to switch to the Primary Technician role next month. In the Primary Technician role, he will be assigned specific clients and be in charge of scoping, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting client technology infrastructure. When he is not working, Ed likes traveling, riding his motorbike on road trips, and spending time with his wife. Please give Ed a warm welcome if he is assigned to work on your support request! Did you know that PCM currently takes care of over 2,400 computers across 70 clients? We take this responsibility seriously and by bringing experienced staff to our team we hope to keep the service level that our clients expect.
