Mickael Moco has been with PCM for the last 2 years as a Help Desk Technician. In this position he has worked with many of our clients remotely providing technology support. This is a fast-paced position and allowed him to work with many different clients and supporting a variety of different environments. Starting this month, he is transitioning to a new role called “System Technician”.
In this new position he will also be assisting with onsite support and computer installations. Mickael is looking forward to meeting with many of our clients face to face and we are excited about having more resources in this area.
