Marcus Acierno joined our team in March as a Help Desk Technician. He brings over three years of industry experience from previous roles at another managed service provider and the CRA. Marcus holds the CompTIA A+ certification and is a graduate of the Computer Systems Technology program at Mohawk College.
Since starting at PCM, Marcus has been getting up to speed on our support tools and best practices. He enjoys helping people with technology, and we’re excited to have another experienced technician on the team. Please be sure to give him a warm welcome if he’s assigned to your support request!
