I’m excited to share that Ryan Nienhuis has joined us as our new Inside Sales Representative – a role we’ve added as our company continues to grow.
This position strengthens our ability to deliver proactive, personalized support and ensures every client’s interaction is timely and of high quality. Ryan will be supporting our sales process by helping manage quotes, renewals, and licensing requests, while keeping communication flowing between our vendors, account managers, and service team. He'll work with our account managers to take over the day-to-day tasks, allowing the account managers to focus on client relationships and strategic initiatives.
Ryan brings some experience preparing quotes, coordinating projects, and managing customer inquiries; all backed by an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Mohawk College. He’s detail oriented, organized, and brings a calm, professional approach that fits our team well. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying baseball, snowboarding, and the outdoors.
