One thing that is rarely talked about are signatures used in email messages. Organizations often leave it up to their staff to set up a signature in their email software. While this might seem fine, how do you ensure that every email leaving your organization has a professional look and feel to it? Are the signatures boring without much detail? How do you control email signatures sent from mobile devices?

Research has shown that email signatures can be an effective marketing tool if used properly.

PCM is excited to be participating in the Road2Hope race on Saturday, November 5th to support EduDeo. Four of our team members have decided to participate in running the 5K Road2Hope race. Here at PCM we see great importance in spreading the gospel to the ends of the earth. Our team is helping accomplish this by supporting EduDeo as they work to transform hearts and minds with the Gospel message of hope through Christian education in developing countries.

Last month PCM was recognized in an industry list that annually ranks the top 501 managed service providers (MSPs) across the globe. And for a fourth year in a row we were further honoured by being ranked within the top 100 in the small business category! We’ve been working hard over the last couple of years refining our service offering and striving to give great support and expertise.

Last year we reported on the free Windows 10 upgrade offer from Microsoft. At the time we cautioned businesses to leave it alone for a while to let the operating system mature. Since then a lot has changed and PCM now highly recommends Windows 10 for all business computers.

Earlier this year Microsoft announced that they were going to offer free Windows 10 upgrades for a year to those running Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. While Windows 10 for PCs isn’t launching until August, their marketing engine has been working hard to ensure everyone knows about it in advance!
